I’m Alycia Davies — strategist, storyteller, and the calm in your marketing chaos.

I’ve spent 10+ years in digital marketing across agencies, brands, and my own business.

A marketing degree and a design degree.

I’ve built a wellness brand from scratch, hosted retreats, burnt out, bounced back, and helped others do the same.

The reason I started The Social Theory Co.?
Because I was tired of watching purpose-led brands stay invisible while noisy, half-baked ones dominated their industry..

And I was tired of seeing good people handed copy-paste strategies that never considered who they are or who they serve.
