We turned a small breathwork gathering into a state-recognised wellness community known as Morning Mindfulness.

By tagging participants, launching community group chats, and automating email re-engagement flows, we scaled from one event to over 4,000 tickets sold. Campaigns featured review incentives, brand collaborations (Lululemon, LSKD, Strong Pilates), and partnerships with universities and elite athletes. A true evolution from hobby to high-impact brand.
